So I tried my hand with Tilapia. A flaky white fish. Started by pan searing it with red onion and garlic in chili oil. Then I finished it in the oven (400oF for 6 mins). With it is roasted sweet potatoes on a baby spinich bed. The white sauce is a creamy pomegranate and almond dressing I buzzed together. It was how I like to say... AWESOME!
